The backpack portion of the Ultimate Backpack is made of nylon packcloth with waterproof sealant, and in a three-thousand-and-five-hundred cubic inch (3,500 ci) interior size. Many other various sizes, styles and designs of backpacks may be incorporated with the Ultimate Backpack design features.

A frame sheet of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) is attached upon the interior rear wall of this backpack for proper weight transfer and for absorption of impact and weight received by contact with the seating frame. Housed within the vertical and outer most tubing of this frame sheet is a telescoping backrest. The backrest consists of two shafts of tubing in a vertical mount produced from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and a cushioned nylon support horizontally attached to the vertical tubing. The tubing of the back support moves up and down smoothly inside of the frame sheet supports and locks in place via push button.

The seating frame consists of two (2) U-shaped portions of stainless steel tubing in an approximate twenty-four-inch (24”) length, and these separate U-frames are attached by axle at midpoint of arm lengths, allowing them to open to a crossing X-shape. Each of the four (4) total vertical bars of these U-frames may feature locking clips approximately one inch (1”) below this axle point, allowing the legs to be secured in place when in use to form the stool. Manufactured and housed within one set of the U-frame tubing, and slightly protruding at the upper most point, is a telescoping handle for use in pulling the Ultimate Backpack upon its wheels. The telescoping shafts and ergonomically formed handle are produced from a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and locked in place via push button. The telescoping pull handle is housed within the stool frame tubing which is furthest away from the backpack at its uppermost point when the stool is in its extended position.

Two wheels each made of urethane in an approximate size of twenty-six millimeters (26 mm) and with durometer ratings of approximately ninety-two-A (92A) are located on the underside of the Ultimate Backpack upon the opposite stool frame support as the telescoping handle.

The top horizontal bar of one (1) U-frame is enclosed within a sleeve attached by stitch upon the backpack. The endpoints of the remaining U-frame are enclosed within a pockets attached by stitch upon the backpack.

Attached to the horizontal bars of each U-frame is a sheet of nylon pack cloth material with waterproof sealant. This cloth measures seventeen inches (17”) in length and produces the seat of the stool. Enclosing the V-shaped areas produced at the top
of the X-crossed stool supports is nylon material that folds between the stool frame when the stool is secured in its closed position. When the stool is in use this material
tautly covers the V-shaped areas and produced upon these nylon coverings are pockets. These pockets can be produced from any applicable material and in any applicable size.
